Cancellation Policy

Things happen-I get it, but in order to respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policy: Cancellations: (Within 24 Hours) Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fee of 20% of the scheduled service total. If you No-Show: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will also be charged 20% of the scheduled service total. Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this time may be considered a no-show and may require rescheduling, depending on availability. I will decide accordingly. Why This Policy Exists: Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from booking and impact my small business. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time!
